This is the official website for the Rock Point Homeowners Association.
Rock Point is one of Midland Texas’ newest residential communities. Located near the intersection of Midriff Road and Bluebird Lane, Rock point is home to approximately 150 single family homes. Because of its convenient location near Loop 250, Midkiff Road, and Midland Drive, Rock Point provides easy access to the downtown business areas as well as shopping districts.
Please note that plans are in progress to transfer responsibility of the HOA from the developer to the residents of the HOA. Additional informal will be forth coming both by mail and postings on this HOA website.

Rock Point homeowners may access a special password-protected area to download documents of interest pertaining specifically to the business of the HOA. This information is contained under the Tab “Residents Only”.
